CNC Mill Machinist

Your main tasks and responsibilities:

+ Operate machine to make complex angle cuts and threading where multiple speeds and feeds are required

+ Complete assigned jobs start to finish with little or no supervision.

+ Perform intermediate trigonometry to help determine tooling required to machine the part and best matching method

+ Read blue prints, drawings and sketches that may require intermediate math and problems solving skills to calculate dimensions not specified on print

+ Help Maintain Equipment

+ Q.C. all manufactured parts prior to removing from machine and informing the Department Supervisor

To succeed in this role, you will need:

+ Must have experience working with turbo machinery and with CNC Mills

+ Must have the required tools to perform their expected tasks

+ Must be able to work overtime when necessary

+ Must be able to use precision measuring instrument
