Hybrid Work Schedule Note: For the first 90 days, New Hires must be prepared to work 100% onsite M-F, followed by 3 days in the office per week.
In this role, you will impact our marketing efforts by analyzing campaign performance, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to improve our paid media initiatives, ultimately contributing to the growth and success of the organization.
+ Develop, implement, and manage paid media campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, social media, and display networks.
+ Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align paid media strategies with overall marketing goals and objectives.
+ Manage account – based marketing (ABM).

YOU MUST HAVE
+ 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on paid media.
+ Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms.
+ Experience with campaign management tools and platforms such as Google Ads and social media advertising.
+ Ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights to optimize campaign performance.
+ Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing best practices.
WE VALUE
+ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
+ 3+ years of experience in paid media analysis and campaign management.
+ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
+ Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
+ Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
