    Requirements

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Deliver exceptional customer service while consistently exceeding sales targets and KPIs.

    + Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers, turning them into loyal Charlotte Tilbury advocates.

    + Collaborate effectively with other team members, fostering a supportive and encouraging environment.

    + Demonstrate expert knowledge of the Charlotte Tilbury product line, offering personalized advice and tutorials to customers.

    + Uphold the highest standards of grooming, presentation, and professionalism in all customer interactions.

    Qualifications:

    + A strong passion for the beauty industry and a keen interest in makeup and skincare.

    + Previous experience in retail or beauty advisory roles is highly desirable.
