Pay and Schedule

+ Starting Pay: $35.00–$35.50 per hour

+ Schedule: Monday through Friday, starting between 4:00 AM and 6:00 AM, with overtime opportunities and occasional Saturdays as needed

Responsibilities

+ Safely operate roll-off trucks on assigned routes

+ Use a tablet to manage routes, complete paperwork, and maintain accurate logs

+ Pick up and deliver containers to customer sites and disposal facilities

+ Perform thorough pre- and post-trip inspections

+ Secure loads and ensure compliance with DOT and company safety standards

+ Interact professionally with customers and dispatch

+ Maintain safe driving practices at all times under DriveCam monitoring

Physical & Working Conditions

+ Frequent climbing in and out of the cab

+ Heavy lifting, pushing, and pulling—objects over 50 lbs

+ Exposure to outdoor elements year-round

+ Work around moving mechanical parts, fumes, vibration, and moderate noise

+ Must follow strict safety protocols at all times

Minimum Requirements

+ Valid Class B CDL with air brake endorsement

+ Manual transmission experience (10, 13, or 18-speed) required

+ At least 2 years of commercial driving experience

+ Ability to read, write, and communicate in English; high school diploma or equivalent preferred

+ SAFETY SENSITIVE - YES
