    Overview

    Overview:

    Audacy is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Paralegal to provide comprehensive administrative and legal support to our in-house Legal team. This role is ideal for a proactive and organized self-starter who thrives in a **fast-paced, high-volume environment** and can manage diverse responsibilities ranging from complex document control to FCC compliance.

    Responsibilities

    What You'll Do:

    + Prepare, review, and revise drafts of contracts, basic amendments, notices, and other legal documents with oversight of attorneys.

    + Prepare and review contest rules with oversight of attorneys.

    + Communicate directly with business stakeholders and third parties.

    + Assist attorneys and business stakeholders with matters relating to sweepstakes, contests, and other promotions.

    + Assist attorneys and business stakeholders with matters relating to intellectual property (i.e., copyright, trademarks, etc.), including the protection of Audacy intellectual property, as well as matters relating to intellectual property that may belong to a third party (e.g., artists, teams, leagues, events, etc.)

    + Corporate sweepstakes, contests, and promotions policy training and compliance auditing.

    + Other duties, responsibilities, and projects may be assigned.

    Qualifications

    Required:

    + Ability to work independently.

    + Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume workplace environment.

    + Exceptional initiative, judgment, prioritization, and organizational skills.

    + Excellent oral and written communication skills.

    + Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

    + Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of professional experience dealing with compliance and legal matters related to sweepstakes, contests, promotions, events, and related contracts.
