Job Description:

Overview

The Environmental Services Supervisor team member assists with ensuring the health and well-being of

our residents by being responsible for overseeing the housekeeping department and assist with the

coordination of maintenance and repair program involivng building, furnishings and grounds; also

required to assist with other department functions and activities.

Qualifications:

+ Minimum 18 yrs. age required; High School diploma or equivalent required; graduation from a technical program preferred.

+ Maintenance related experience required.

+ Valid New York Drivers License and clean driving record required.

+ Ability to supervise and manage staff and work cooperatively with others required.

+ Competency in skills of plumbing, heating and air conditioning, electrical systems, carpentry and general building maintenance necessary.

+ Knowledge of appropriate building regulations preferred.

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints necessary.

+ Working knowledge of infection control and safety measures required.

+ Knowledge in Microsoft Office programs preferred

+ Flexibility in work schedule, and willingness to provide services in a helpful and timely manner required.
