Job Description

• Stakeholder engagement: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to understand business needs and pain points.

• Workflow and process mapping: Document and analyse current workflows and business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.

• Systems harmonisation: Recommend and implement strategies to align disparate systems and improve interoperability.

• Requirements gathering: Capture and document functional and non-functional requirements for new or enhanced systems.

• Solution design: Collaborate with technical teams to design solutions that meet business objectives.

• Change management support: Assist in the development of training materials and communication plans to support system changes.

• Compliance and standards: Ensure all solutions align with relevant Australian standards, including data privacy and accessibility.

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst to partner with stakeholders across the organisation to analyse workflow utilisation in software platforms and identify opportunities to harmonise systems and improve operational efficiency. The Business Analyst will support a forward-thinking global logistics client committed to delivering innovative solutions that streamline operations and enhance user experience. Skills and Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in software or systems-focused environments.

• Strong proficiency in process mapping and business process analysis.

• Deep understanding of workflow optimisation and systems integration.

• Familiarity with platforms such as ERP, CRM, or bespoke enterprise systems.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.

• Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is highly regarded.

• Knowledge of Australian regulatory frameworks (e.g., Privacy Act 1988, WCAG 2.1).
