Day to Day:

Our client is a front-runner in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics consulting, renowned for our high-quality consulting services throughout the US and beyond. Their expertise lies in delivering tailored solutions in Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing, and Project Management. They are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager with a Business Analyst background and a passion for driving successful analytics initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, an excellent communicator, and skilled at managing projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced, data-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery Management

Oversee project timelines, budgets, deliverables, and client expectations.

Coordinate work across internal and client teams to ensure timely, quality delivery.

Partner with Sales, Implementation, and Professional Services teams to scope and estimate projects.

Create and maintain project documentation including roadmaps, technical requirements, and resource plans.

Support account management activities, driving client satisfaction, retention, and growth.

Maintain repositories for deliverables, budgets, and project documentation.

Contribute to Data Meaning’s business growth by identifying expansion opportunities with existing clients.

Business Analysis

Partner with clients to understand business challenges and translate them into analytical solutions.

Deliver business-critical insights and dashboards using tools such as Tableau and Power BI.

Organize and integrate data from multiple sources for analysis and reporting.

Ensure data integrity and structure to support scalable analytics solutions.

Develop actionable insights and recommendations that enable data-driven decision-making.

Skills and Requirements

Must Haves:

5+ years of experience in delivery management and business analysis within data or analytics-focused environments.

Comfortable using GPT models for processing project management information.

Proven success managing medium to large-scale enterprise projects.

Strong understanding of Business Intelligence and data visualization best practices.

Proficient in SQL

Excellent organizational and time management skills; able to prioritize effectively.

Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with proven stakeholder management experience.

Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and quantitative reasoning skills.

Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable in a fully remote environment. Plusses:

Project Management Certification (PMP preferred)

Postgres preferred
