Job Description

Insight Global is searching for an experience Issues Management Analyst/Advisor for a top retail client. You would be joining a large fortune 10 company, in a robust GRC organization. You will be expected to work collaboratively with both your teammates and the business to come up with business solutions to remediate issues and implement governance. You will be responsible for, but not limited to:

- Intaking and triaging issues from the business

- Finding the accountable owner and helping them create a remediation plan with business owners

- Building relationships and continuously follow up until a plan is put together and implemented

- Documentation processes in Archer

- Analyzing data in Excel and reporting on metrics

$30-38/hour

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Skills and Requirements

5+ years experience handling Issues Management in a GRC setting

Experience with control frameworks and the full security policy stack (NIST, PCI, etc)

Experience with remediations and controls testing

Experience with ServiceNow issues management, specifically IRM (the Integrated Risk Management module)

Experience with Excel and reporting on metrics

Experience working with business stakeholders on strategy planning

Strong soft skills and relationship building experience

Risk management experience a plus Certifications are a plus: CRISC or CISSP OR GRC certification
