    Job Description

    A client of Insight Global is looking for a Project Support Specialist. This role is focused on supporting the closure of capital projects and ensuring all related processes are completed accurately and efficiently. Responsibilities include managing project closeout activities, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and resolving outstanding issues related to procurement, invoicing, and reporting. The position will involve updating project status metrics, maintaining accurate records, and facilitating communication between stakeholders to ensure timely progress. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work across multiple systems and teams are essential for success in this role.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    Experience with capital project closure: PO/Invoice reconciliations, GCR (General Capital Request) reconciliation, asset tracking, etc.

    SAP experience

    Ariba experience

    Experience utilizing Microsoft Excel and Power BI for data reporting Power Apps Experience
