• Project Manager - ERP Conversion

    Job Description

    We are seeking a Temporary Project Manager to lead and coordinate an ERP conversion project. This individual will ensure timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder alignment are met while managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has strong project management skills, ERP implementation experience, and the ability to drive change across the organization.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Oversee end-to-end ERP conversion activities, including planning, execution, and cutover.

     

    Develop and maintain project timelines, milestones, and risk mitigation plans.

     

    Coordinate with internal teams, ERP vendors, and third-party integrators for seamless implementation.

     

    Facilitate change management and training initiatives to support adoption.

     

    Ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.

     

    Conduct regular status meetings and provide executive-level updates.

     

    Rally teams to meet deadlines and maintain project momentum.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    Experience: 5+ years in Project Management with at least 1–2 ERP implementation projects (JobBOSS², E2 ShopTech, Oracle, SAP, Workday, or similar).

     

    Strong knowledge of ERP systems, data migration, and integration processes.

     

    Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

     

    Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and collaboration tools (ASANA, ClickUp).

     

    Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities. Familiarity with JobBOSS², E2 ShopTech, or similar manufacturing ERP systems.

     

    Background in manufacturing or supply chain environments.

     

    Crystal Reports experience (nice to have, not required).
