Job Description

The Facilities Technician will provide maintenance and troubleshooting to plumbing fixtures, door hardware, light fixtures, and other facilities equipment for a large academic hospital. This role will handle repair issues escalated from Assistant Facilities Technicians across the campus. Reporting into the Healthcare Facilities Supervisor, this technician will be asked to perform whatever maintenance duties arise to keep the hospital running properly and compliant with DNV and CMS regulations.

Skills and Requirements

3+ years experience with facilities work within a critical environment (healthcare, utilities, tech clean room, etc.) Healthcare facilities experience

LME/LBME cert

Refrigerant license
