Job Description

We’re seeking a hands‑on HR Generalist who thrives on the production floor as much as in the office. You’ll be the day‑to‑day HR presence at the office—rolling up your sleeves to support our hourly workforce and front‑line leaders—while partnering closely with the Manager on staffing, employee relations, communications, and culture. Manufacturing experience is helpful, but strong plant‑based HR instincts and the ability to build trust.

Skills and Requirements

- High School Degree

- 2-5 years of HR experience

- Some recruiting experience

- Employee relations experience

- Detail oriented

- Microsoft Suite - Associates or Bachelor’s preferred

- Manufacturing experience

- Has worked with multiple shift operations
