The Online MBA (OMBA) Program offers a world-class MBA education to working professionals located in the United States and abroad. The program is designed for flexibility and is composed of asynchronous (on-demand) course material, synchronous virtual sessions, and three in-person residencies hosted in Ann Arbor, Los Angeles, and at multiple international locations. The program's current enrollment is over 500 students and enrollment continues to grow.

What You'll Do
The Student Affairs Program Specialist works under the supervision of the Online MBA Program Manager to provide support and coordination for the events managed and hosted by the Part-Time MBA Program Office. These events include: in-person student residencies on campus and abroad, in-person welcome events, new-student orientation, commencement, and student registration. You will partner with stakeholders both within the University and in the broader community to ensure smooth coordination and delivery of Part-Time MBA program activities. You will provide support to students, directly shaping their overall experience and success at Ross.
This role is hybrid with on-site expectations in Ann Arbor, MI 3 days per week. Domestic and international travel may be required. You will work some early mornings, nights, or weekends to facilitate in-person events and attend occasional meetings. These times are known well in advance and on-site responsibilities will be shared with the Program Manager. Some domestic or international travel may be required.

Responsibilities*
General Online MBA Program Support
+ Coordinate logistics and on-site execution for key in-person events (Residencies--including abroad, Welcome Events, Commencement, Orientation), including space, travel, lodging, and catering.
+ Monitor Wolverine Access and partner with the Ross Registrar to resolve registration issues.
+ Support faculty needs such as team formation and resume collection.
+ Maintain Program Office systems (OMBA Student Directory, Slack, Canvas enrollment, Campus Groups).
+ Manage the application and selection process for limited-capacity international residencies.
+ Maintain the Ross Online MBA Info Canvas site and ensure cross-unit accuracy of content.
+ Track event budgets in partnership with the Program Manager.
+ Coordinate MAP registration timelines with the Office of Action-Based Learning.
+ Collaborate with Graduate Advising to ensure consistent guidance to students.
+ Provide support to Part-Time MBA Admissions as needed.
+ Oversee Program Office operations, including ISS hiring, waiver processing, and preparation of grade conversion letters.
Relationship Management
+ Build relationships with faculty, staff, students and alumni for efficient program operation.
+ Collaborate with Ross partners, U-M campus partners and external partners who provide services and support to the program office.
+ You will be the primary contact for OMBA students, addressing their questions and communicating necessary information by email, Slack, phone, and in-person interaction.
Required Qualifications*
+ Bachelor's degree and 3 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and related experience required.
+ Program, project, or event management experience to include planning, logistics, implementation, evaluation and continuous improvement.
+ Experience maintaining relationships and effective channels of communication at multiple levels and with diverse groups.
+ Experience delivering presentations.
+ Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office applications.

Additional Information
The posting range for this position is $52,900 to $65,300. This posting range reflects multiple factors involved in determining compensation, such as skills, experience, training, certifications, and other organizational needs. At Ross, it is not common for new hires to be offered a salary at the upper end of the range. Compensation decisions are based on the details of each situation.
