    What You’ll Do

    + Review scopes of work and assign tasks to drafters and designers.

    + Monitor job status, implementing corrective measures to overcome delays and budget constraints.

    + Develop specialized methods and techniques for projects and train team members in conjunction with management.

    + Review and check drawings for accuracy and compliance.

    + Act as liaison between engineers and drafters to coordinate project tasks effectively.

    + Maintain drawing and equipment files within the filing system.

    + Ensure drafting equipment is properly maintained.

    + Handle special assignments as directed by leadership.

     

    What We’re Looking For

    Required Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s Degree in a related field

    + Minimum of 5 years of progressive drafting experience.

    + Familiarity with construction and steel design.

    + Supervisory experience.

    + Ability to train, develop, and mentor designers and drafters.

    + Strong knowledge of industry standards, drafting procedures, and engineering disciplines.

    + Proficiency in spreadsheets, databases, and word processing applications.

    + Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

    **Pay Details:** $61.19 per hour
