Job Summary:

We are seeking a Warehouse Team Lead to oversee and coordinate the daily warehousing activities. This job will be a working team lead position, meaning the expectation will also be to operate an electric pallet jack and/or unload containers depending on the need. The Warehouse Team Lead will be responsible for leading a team, ensuring efficient processes, maintaining inventory accuracy, and promoting a safe work environment.

Shift: 2nd Shift Full time

Salary: $21-$23/hour DOE

Qualifications:

- Experience operating an electric pallet jack and manually unloading containers

- Experience working to meet productivity metrics

- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management

- Excellent leadership and communication skills

- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

- Proficient in using warehouse management software

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse team members

- Train and onboard new team members

- Ensure accurate receiving, storing, picking, and shipping of products

- Maintain inventory levels and conduct regular cycle counts

- Enforce safety procedures and regulations

- Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes and workflows

- Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions

- Prepare regular reports on warehouse activities and performance
