    If you’re an organized problem-solver who loves keeping operations running smoothly, this is the role for you! We’re looking for a **CMMS Maintenance Planner** to support our Maintenance Department and help keep our distribution facility in tip top shape.

     

    You’ll be the go-to expert for scheduling preventative maintenance, coordinating repairs, managing spare parts, and ensuring our CMMS data stays accurate and up to date. Sound like your kind of challenge? Read on!

     

    + **Pay Rate:** $30–$35/hour

    What You’ll Be Doing

    + Coordinate, plan, and schedule all preventative and corrective maintenance within the CMMS.

    + Build efficient work packages (kitting) for upcoming repairs and projects.

    + Create and manage purchase orders for parts and services; track invoices and vendor communications.

    + Maintain and organize MRO spare parts inventory, including ordering, receiving, issuing, and cycle counting.

    + Keep CMMS data accurate — from assets and job plans to parts and vendor information.

    + Generate and analyze maintenance reports to support leadership and compliance goals.

    + Follow up with vendors, coordinate emergency repairs, and keep the team updated on work order progress.

    What We’re Looking For

    + **2+ years** of experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, or CMMS management.

    + Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).

    + Excellent organization, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.

    + Experience working with parts inventory, purchasing, or vendor management.

    + Comfortable working independently and making sound decisions.

    + Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.

    **Pay Details:** $30.00 to $35.00 per hour
