PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a **Quality Inspector** to join our team, partnering with a global leader in the aerospace industry. This role is based in **Everett, WA** , where precision, teamwork, and innovation come together to shape the future of flight.

As a Quality Inspector, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the production of advanced aviation systems, ensuring that every component meets the highest standards of quality and safety. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will directly impact the success of next-generation aerospace technology.

What You’ll Do:

+ Perform **mechanical and cosmetic inspections** of products and assemblies.

+ Provide **quality control support** , including new product introduction and inspection of incoming goods, returns, and assemblies.

+ Conduct **first article inspections** to verify compliance with engineering specifications.

+ **Document non-conformances** and communicate key quality issues to leadership.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain the highest levels of product integrity and customer satisfaction.

What You Bring:

Required Qualifications:

+ Proven **inspection experience** in a manufacturing environment.

+ Strong ability to **read and interpret engineering drawings** .

+ Exceptional **attention to detail** and commitment to quality.

+ Strong **communication and numerical skills** .

+ Familiarity with **quality disciplines** , including 8D reporting, 5 Whys, and corrective action documentation.

Preferred Attributes:

+ Experience in **aerospace or high-precision manufacturing** .

+ Ability to work both **independently and collaboratively** in a fast-paced environment.

**Pay Details:** $27.28 per hour
