Your Opportunity
Page has an opening for a Project Manager to lead large, multi-disciplinary design teams on technically sophisticated projects across a variety of sectors, with healthcare experience considered a strong plus. This role includes both client-facing and internal team leadership responsibilities and offers significant opportunities for growth.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Forecast, organize, and manage project teams for design, development, production, and project document delivery;
- Coordinate effectively with consultants, internal team members, and clients;
- Execute projects in accordance with Page and Owner protocols to achieve optimal project outcomes;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and collaborators;
- Interpret and apply budget, code, and jurisdictional requirements;
- Provide mentorship and guidance to project team members;
- Collaborate on fee development, project proposals, and resource planning;
- Oversee design quality, detailing, and construction administration processes;
- Lead coordination efforts with contractors, architectural teams, and consultants;
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of organization and attention to detail.
Your Capabilities and Credentials
- Experience managing projects across multiple scales, with emphasis on large projects valued at $30M- Strong architectural and detailing skills with proficiency in construction administration
- Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and coordinate with external partners
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written communication skills; confident in public speaking and networking
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Education and Experience
- 10+ years of experience delivering complex projects; healthcare project experience is a significant advantage
- Degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field
Typical office environment working with computers and remaining sedentary for long periods of time. Field work may include exposure to the elements including inclement weather.
