Position Summary...
Walmart US is transforming how we build, measure, and scale innovation—and we’re hiring a bold, driven Senior Manager to lead that charge in project telemetry and strategy enablement.
This role sits at the intersection of AI systems, operational rigor, and business strategy. You’ll lead the design and execution of telemetry frameworks that clarify what’s working, what’s blocked, and what’s next. You’ll also partner closely with product and engineering to shape the intentional creation and ingestion of machine learning data—so our systems get smarter, faster, and more effective over time.

What you'll do...
+ **Owning program telemetry** – Build and scale systems that track adoption, performance, and impact across the Wally portfolio.
+ **Enabling intentional ML data creation** – Ensure workflows and projects are instrumented to capture high-quality data that powers smarter agents and automation.
+ **Orchestrating strategic clarity** – Translate broad priorities into actionable, measurable roadmaps for teams to align around.
+ **Fueling efficiency through insight** – Identify blockers, surface patterns, and drive better decisions through integrated data and storytelling.
+ **Building durable operating rhythms** – Codify best practices, rituals, and standards that improve speed and predictability.

What you'll bring...
+ A history of driving program telemetry and measurement strategy in complex tech orgs
+ A vision for seeing data not just as reporting—but as leverage for automation, prioritization, and iteration
+ Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments, bringing order without slowing momentum
+ Ability to partner deeply with engineering, data science, and product teams
+ A passion for scale and clarity—making it easier for hundreds of people to work smarter.
+ 5+ years in technical program management or similar strategic execution roles
+ Experience aligning program telemetry with ML/AI development cycles
+ Proven success leading cross-functional execution across product, engineering, and analytics
+ Strong communication and influence skills, especially with senior stakeholders
+ Familiarity with modern LLM and ML data architecture concepts is a plus

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
