Position Summary...
The Director, Operations –Omni Returns, Ecommerce Returns is a transformative strategic leader responsible for driving the transformation of the returns experience within the ecommerce pillar. This role will be leading the development and execution of innovative, customer-centric returns strategies that enhance the digital customer journey, optimize operational efficiency, and align with the organization’s broader goals. The Director will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless omnichannel returns solutions, leveraging data and industry insights to ensure best-in-class ecommerce returns operations.
What you'll do...
+ Lead the strategic planning and execution of ecommerce-focused initiatives to transform the returns experience, prioritizing digital customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and cost optimization.
+ Oversee the design and implementation of ecommerce returns programs and policies, ensuring a frictionless, omnichannel customer experience while driving return-related cost reductions.
+ Partner with technology, product, and operations teams to develop and deploy innovative digital solutions that streamline the returns process across all ecommerce channels.
+ Analyze ecommerce data, customer feedback, and industry trends to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation in returns operations.
+ Benchmark ecommerce returns performance against industry standards and implement best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
+ Lead large-scale, cross-functional projects focused on ecommerce returns transformation, ensuring timely delivery and measurable business impact.
+ Build and nurture partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders to drive alignment and support for ecommerce transformation initiatives.
+ Foster a culture of integrity, ethics, and continuous learning within the ecommerce operations team.

+ Demonstrated success in leading ecommerce initiatives that improve digital customer experience and reduce operational costs.

+ Proven ability to innovate and drive change in a fast-paced, digital-first environment.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field and 5 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 7 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area. 3 years’ supervisory experience.
