    Office Manager

     

    Transdev in Sterling, VAis hiring an Office Manager. The Office Manager performs all administrative functions for the location. We are seeking customer service-oriented professionals who are dedicated to safety.

    Transdev is proud to offer:

    + Competitive compensation package of minimum $45,000.00 – Maximum $55,000.00/ annually.

    Benefits include:

    + Vacation: minimum of two (2) weeks

    + Sick days: 5 days

    + Holidays: 12 days; 8 standard and 4 floating

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Performs project clerical and administrative details to ensure that all contractual and legal mandates are met.

    + Answer phone and redirect calls.

    + Maintain an organized office space. Replenish office supplies as needed.

    + Prepare contract correspondence, manager reports, and schedules.

    + Administer accounting data, payroll, and personnel records.

    + Inputs and extracts data from fleet MIS system to provide data to management.

    + Generate end of month reports. Prepare invoices. Invoice clients for work done within the month.

    + Schedules appointments and meetings for management. Prepares agendas. Prepares and sends faxes, e-mail and mail as required.

    + Communicate with and manage vendor information, including preparing paperwork for vendor creation when necessary.

    + Stay up to date with HR and Safety Policies. Ensure up to date communication is posted in employee areas.

    + Coordinate employee benefits.

    Qualifications:

    + High School Diploma or equivalent.

    + Data entry and administrative experience

    + Experience using ADP, MOBI, and invoicing preferred.

    + Computer literate; proficient in Microsoft Office

    + Ability to operate standard telephone system

    + Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Physical Requirements:

    + Sit for extended periods (up to 6–8 hours per day)

    + Push and pull objects, occasionally throughout the workday; lift material weighing up to 25 lbs. with or without assistance; occasionally bend, kneel, or crouch to files or equipment stored at ground level
