    Comcast NBCUniversal has announced its intent to create a new publicly traded company ('Versant') comprised of most of NBCUniversal's cable television networks, including USA Network, CNBC, MSNBC, Oxygen, E!, SYFY and Golf Channel along with complementary digital assets Fandango, Rotten Tomatoes, GolfNow, GolfPass, and SportsEngine. The well-capitalized company will have significant scale as a pure-play set of assets anchored by leading news, sports and entertainment content. The spin-off is expected to be completed during 2025.

     

    Telemundo is the leading media company serving Hispanic America, delivering original Spanish-language content across broadcast, cable, digital, and streaming platforms. As part of NBCUniversal, Telemundo connects global brands with passionate, multicultural audiences through innovative storytelling and creative marketing solutions.

     

    The Coordinator, Creative Partnerships will support the Telemundo team in developing and executing innovative marketing solutions that drive revenue and enhance advertiser integration across Telemundo’s programming and platforms. This entry-level role is ideal for a creative, organized, and proactive team player interested in the intersection of media, marketing, and entertainment.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    + Assist in ideating, presenting, and activating multi-platform partnership opportunities across linear, digital, and social channels that connect NBCUniversal’s advertising clients to Telemundo’s diverse content portfolio — from hit series and reality shows to awards shows and news programming.

    + Support the Telemundo Creative Partnerships team in brainstorming, researching, and developing partnership concepts aligned with client objectives and network content.

    + Assist in preparing and designing client presentations, creative proposals, and recap materials.

    + Coordinate logistics for campaign execution, including tracking deliverables, timelines, and creative assets across internal teams (Sales, Production, Digital, Social, Programming, and Legal).

    + Help manage day-to-day communication between internal stakeholders to ensure smooth activation of sponsorships and branded content.

    + Monitor campaign performance, gather results, and contribute to post-campaign reporting and insights.

    + Maintain an organized library of case studies, creative examples, and partnership materials.

    + Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging marketing opportunities within the Hispanic media landscape.

    + Assist department VP by providing day-to-day operational support.

    + Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Advertising, or a related field.

    + 2+ years of professional experience (internship or related experience in marketing, media, or entertainment preferred

    Desired Characteristics:

    + Spanish language skills a plus due to client needs

     

    Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week. Beginning January 2026, this will increase to four days per week.

     

    Salary range: $55,000 - $58,000 + overtime eligible
