Comcast NBCUniversal has announced its intent to create a new publicly traded company ('Versant') comprised of most of NBCUniversal's cable television networks, including USA Network, CNBC, MSNBC, Oxygen, E!, SYFY and Golf Channel along with complementary digital assets Fandango, Rotten Tomatoes, GolfNow, GolfPass, and SportsEngine. The well-capitalized company will have significant scale as a pure-play set of assets anchored by leading news, sports and entertainment content. The spin-off is expected to be completed during 2025.
Platform Distribution and Partnerships is a division of NBCUniversal's media group responsible for the distribution and monetization of the company’s multi-billion-dollar linear and streaming services portfolio to pay-tv providers, NBC broadcast affiliates, consumer technology platforms and devices, and consumer brands. A key revenue-generator, the division is comprised of content distribution, affiliate relations and strategic partnerships across NBC, Peacock, Bravo, Telemundo and various FAST channels
We are looking to hire a critical member of our team to oversee strategic partnership marketing. You will oversee holistic partner relationships from deal negotiation through to go to market and partner growth. The team is looking for someone who is proficient in partner management, marketing strategy, creative asset oversight, and partnership strategy.
The key function is to strategically work with partners to grow the overall Peacock business. You will be tasked with gathering and sharing key information that will inform Peacock's enterprise marketing, execution and deal strategy. This is a high profile, cross-functional position and you with touch points across the wider NBCU business including Marketing, Publicity, Ad Sales, Legal, Finance and Operations. Additionally, you will be involved in developing and executing the end-to-end partner program including working with internal stakeholders on the marketing deal terms as well as manage the go-to-market plan, on-going marketing strategy and analyzing partnership performance.
Day-to-Day:
+ Lead and scale partner marketing strategies that drive acquisition, engagement, and brand growth for Peacock, identifying new co-marketing opportunities and overseeing end-to-end campaign planning and execution.
+ Drive cross-functional alignment with internal teams (Brand, Creative, Product, Insights, Communications, etc. ) to shape compelling, data-backed partner messaging and develop high-impact, multi-channel marketing assets.
+ Own partnership performance measurement: define, monitor, and analyze key KPIs, distilling insights and recommending strategic optimizations to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and ROI.
+ Present performance readouts, strategic plans, and recommendations to senior leadership, informing decision-making and influencing future partnership direction.
+ Cultivate and expand relationships with key external partners and internal stakeholders, acting as a trusted leader and strategic advisor to ensure long-term collaborative success.
+ Lead and mentor team members, including directly managing a Manager of Partner Marketing; provide clear direction, professional development, and performance management to elevate team capabilities and impact.
+ Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive landscapes to proactively identify new partnership opportunities, innovative approaches, and category best practices.
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related field.
+ 6+ years of relevant experience in partner facing role or marketing.
+ Problem solver with the ability to work in a dynamic environment and pivot based on evolving priorities.
+ Data driven decision making at the core of all decisions
+ Proven ability to parse information into compelling presentations.
+ Experience coordinating promotional marketing assets and approvals
+ Experience presenting to internal and external audiences.
+ Team player who enjoys both working independently and values being part of a unit
+ Previous management experience
+ Exceptional Excel & PowerPoint skills

Additional Requirements:
This position has been designated as hybrid, which currently requires contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week. Beginning January 5, 2026, hybrid employees will be required to work from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.

Salary range: $100,000 - $125,000 (bonus eligible)
