PeopleReady Skilled Trades is hiring for a Carpenter Foreman in Los Angeles, CA. In this temp-to-perm role, you'll enjoy weekly pay, health insurance benefits, and a flexible work schedule.

Responsibilities:

+ Supervise and lead a crew of carpenters and other trades people

+ Assign daily and general responsibilities to team members

+ Train and mentor junior carpenters

+ Conduct performance evaluations and recommend personnel actions

+ Plan and oversee all aspects of construction projects from start to finish

+ Interpret project plans and blueprints to ensure work aligns with requirements

+ Perform hands-on carpentry work, including installing doors, cabinets, trim, base molding, and various other finish carpentry work as needed

+ Coordinate with clients, architects, project managers, and subcontractors

+ Manage materials and equipment, ensuring they are available and used efficiently

+ Monitor project expenses and ensure the project stays within budget

+ Ensure all team members adhere to safety regulations and procedures

Qualifications:

+ E-Verify: Eligible to work in the U.S

+ Self-sufficient and fully tooled in the trade

+ Minimum 6 years in the carpentry trade

+ Minimum 5 years experience as a foreman and/or assistant superintendent

+ Reliable transportation to and from the job site

+ Able to read/interpret blueprints
