As a Journey-Level Carpenter, you'll support a Commercial contractor on a commercial construction site located in Albany, Oregon. You'll be responsible for wood framing up some temporary walls/structures for water mitigation as well as applying floor protection to keep area dry. _Note:_ The hourly rate for this position is $30.00-35.00/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Responsibilities:

+ Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications

+ Frame walls, install doors, windows, and hardware

+ Construct and install cabinets, partitions, and fixtures

+ Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently

+ Collaborate with site supervisors and other trades to meet project timelines

+ Maintain a clean and organized worksite

+ Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulation

Qualifications:

+ Minimum 5 years of commercial carpentry experience

+ Proficient in layout, framing, finish work, and concrete formwork

+ Ability to lift 50+ lbs without reasonable accommodations and work in various weather conditions

+ Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

+ Reliable transportation and own tools and tool bags

+ OSHA 10 certification preferred
