**Title** : Manufacturing Quality Technician

**Location** : Mt. Juliet, Tennessee

**Shift** : 3rd (11:00pm - 7:30am) | Monday–Friday | Overtime Opportunities

**Starting Pay** : $22.75 per hour

Responsibilities:

+ _Real-Time Quality Monitoring_ : Collect and analyze product and process data to maintain control and consistency.

+ _Precision Testing_ : Ensure product attributes—like moisture, weight, and color—meet exacting customer specifications.

+ _Proactive Oversight_ : Identify and address potential quality issues before they escalate.

+ _Food Safety & Compliance_ : Lead sanitation efforts and initiate food safety and quality holds when necessary.

+ _Auditing & Verification_ : Conduct routine audits of plant safety, security, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).

+ _Sensory Testing_ : Participate in taste and texture evaluations to uphold product quality.

+ _Team Collaboration_ : Communicate clearly and effectively with all levels of production staff and leadership.

Requirements:

+ Bachelor’s degree in food science, quality assurance, or a related field.

+ Ability to follow and uphold Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), GMPs, and safety practices.

Working Conditions

+ Standing or walking for up to 12 hours.

+ Working around machinery and in varying temperatures.

+ Performing repetitive tasks with precision.

+ Wearing personal protective equipment (PPE).

+ Exposure to common allergens (e.g., nuts, dairy, grains).
