Opportunity
Are you ready to lead and shape a truly global Talent Acquisition function? Kohler Co is seeking an accomplished Global Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, Operations, to drive strategic transformation and operational excellence across multiple regions. This role offers the chance to expand the reach and impact of TA programs, manage complex teams, and deliver innovative solutions that support Kohler Co’s continued Talent Acquisition growth and modernization.
Specific Responsibilities
Global Team Leadership:
+ Lead and develop a geographically dispersed team of Talent Acquisition Coordinators and Project Specialists across regions.
+ Expand TA Operations coverage to new regions and business units.
Strategic Program Management:
+ Serve as program manager for global contingent labor strategy, overseeing the management and expansion of the contingent workforce program.
+ Directly manage project specialists and drive strategic Talent initiatives that support business needs globally.
Process Ownership & Innovation:
+ Own and continuously improve TA processes and policies across all regions, covering requisition creation through day 1; includes process and policy ownership for requisitions, recruiting and offer processes, prehire checks, right to work checks, and preboarding. Serve as primary subject matter expert and contribute as a major decision maker on global Workday Recruiting design.
+ Lead harmonization and integration of processes for new acquisitions and regions.
Decision Rights & Stakeholder Engagement:
+ Act as a key decision maker for program and process design, serving as proxy for the TA Director when needed.
+ Engage with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment and drive strategic outcomes.
Operational Excellence:
+ Drive operational and process excellence by refining procedures, tools, and policies. Lead change management efforts and ensure changes are measured, monitored, and sustained.
Technology & Vendor Management:
+ Oversee TA technologies and third-party vendors, including applicant tracking systems, VMS, background check provider, outsourced recruiting and MSP partners, and other supporting platforms.
+ Evaluate and implement new tools to enhance recruiting capabilities. Lead the design and integration efforts of AI solutions.
Data Analytics & Reporting:
+ Build and manage TA data analytics strategy, developing dashboards and metrics that enable performance management and stakeholder engagement.
+ Consolidate and report global TA spend.
Thought Leadership:
+ Proactively research and identify emerging recruiting trends, benchmarking against industry standards, and bringing modernization and innovation into the TA function.
Skills/Requirements
+ High School Diploma or GED required
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience owning TA projects or programs, such as process, org design, technology, compliance, data, RPO partner oversight, recruiter capabilities, and candidate experience.
+ Experience with ATS or HCM implementation or enhancement
+ Ability to travel 10%+ of the time, with regular visits to Kohler, WI, as needed
Preferred Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree
+ TA experience integrating or delivering in multiple regions or global
+ Previous formal project management experience and/or a project management certification
+ Experience delivering TA services across multiple business units and acquisitions
+ Experience building or managing contingent worker / MSP programs
+ Executive-level communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
+ Experience making data-driven decisions
+ Change management experience

This means you’ll have access to your applicable benefit programs from your first day on the job, with no waiting period. The salary range for this position is $134,700 - $211,700. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus/variable incentive compensation._
