Warehouse Associate

**Competitive Compensation:** Starting at $20.70 - $23.06 per hour, with an additional $2 per hour for 2nd and 3rd shifts. Occasional mandatory overtime may be required as needed.

We are looking for Warehouse Associates for various roles. This position will be based at our Union City, TN location, where we specialize in manufacturing high-quality shower glass doors.

Crafting Excellence: Your Responsibilities

Depending on the specific role, your responsibilities may include:

+ Operating and maintaining forklifts and other warehouse equipment.

+ Pulling orders accurately from packing tickets and maintaining records.

+ Loading trucks correctly based on pick tickets.

+ Stocking rack supermarkets and maintaining locations.

+ Sorting and verifying incoming deliveries using packing lists.

+ Safely operating a stand-up jack and other PIV (Powered Industrial Vehicles).

+ Following 5-S rules, PPE, and safe work practices.

+ Adhering to Department SOPs and Job Instructions (JI’s).

+ Verifying each piece count per load of raw and finished glass and/or doors.

+ Reporting/Scanning product labels and ensuring accuracy.

+ Transporting material to appropriate staging areas.

+ Loading and unloading trailers to facilitate material movement from plants.

+ Performing cycle counts as assigned.

+ Coordinating the flow of shipping skids to the cell and facilitating the movement of movement of non-conforming material into and out to the appropriate cells.

+ Performing any material transactions as assigned.

+ Performing additional duties as assigned to support team goals.

Key Qualifications

+ Must be able to work in the US without restrictions or sponsorship.

+ Effective communication skills for manufacturing production processes.

+ Must be at least 18 years old.

Preferred Qualifications

+ Order pulling and receiving experience.

+ Mechanical proficiency and willingness to operate industrial machinery.

+ Novice computer skills.

+ Ability to perform SAP production and material movement transactions.

+ Basic math capability.

+ Identify and make adjustments to programs.

+ Be flexible in work hours and shifts – come in early or stay over for needed shift coverage.

+ Forklift license required (training provided).

+ Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.

Additional Requirements

+ Physical Capability: Ability to perform the essential duties of the position, including bending, lifting, and pushing weights of up to 45-106 pounds or more.

+ Screening: Successful completion of a drug screen and background check.

+ Reliability: Consistent attendance and work performance.

+ Safety Compliance: Follow all safety policies and procedures.
