    Job Summary

    This role involves collecting and consolidating marketing results across continents, brands, and the portfolio, and preparing them into succinct, visually appealing reports that showcase Marriott International’s marketing performance. The project involves coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders to gather relevant data, working with our design partner, and ensuring the project stays on track within the limited timeframe.

     

    The ideal candidate will have experience with marketing, as well as strong project management and PowerPoint skills. This role requires a self-starter who can drive the project forward with limited day-to-day oversight.

    CANDIDATE PROFILE

    Education and Experience Required

    • 4-year degree from an accredited university

    • Three or more years of experience in marketing, hospitality, communications, business, or related field

    • Strong PowerPoint skills and visual aesthetic

    • Proven track record of project management

    • Demonstrated ability to excel in a dynamic environment and manage multiple projects concurrently.

    Education and Experience Preferred

    • 4-year degree with a concentration in marketing, business, or related degree (e.g., data science, business analytics)

    • Knowledge of marketing, including media, channel marketing, PR, and events, to understand and interpret performance results

    CORE WORK ACTIVITIES

    • Consolidate marketing performance from several cross-functional stakeholders, creating a succinct and impactful story of our marketing efforts from the year.

    • Format reports in PowerPoint, adhering to brand guidelines.

    • Coordinate with our design agency for some report formatting support.

    • Manage and execute the project to the pre-determined timeline.

    • Ad hoc marketing planning support as directed by Senior Director, Integrated Marketing Planning.
