You will work at the intersection of user needs, technical capabilities, and business goals—collaborating with experienced engineers, designers, and fellow product managers to build a comprehensive content ecosystem that serves our community.
Your role and responsibilities
You will help drive the strategy and execution for a modern web platform that will help our users:
* Learn how our products work and fit into their current workflows
* Manage their deployments including problem solving, implementing new features, and scaling their current implementation
* Build on to our products to discover new use cases and integrations
As a PM on this greenfield project, you will help define what gets built, why it matters, and how we measure success.
What You will Do
* Define product requirements by talking to users, analyzing data, and understanding technical constraints
* Prioritize features that deliver the most value to learners and the business
* Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and stakeholders to ship quality experiences
* Track metrics and iterate based on user feedback and product performance
* Balance competing needs between different user segments and product areas
* Communicate clearly about roadmap, decisions, and trade-offs
Why This Role Is Special
* Learn from seasoned PMs: Work directly with experienced product managers who will mentor your development
* Greenfield opportunity: Shape product strategy and define success metrics from day one
* Cross-functional impact: Influence decisions across engineering, design, marketing, and community
* Real ownership: Drive meaningful features that directly impact how thousands of users learn and engage
* Complex problem space: Navigate the challenges of building for multiple user types, products, and learning modalities
Required technical and professional expertise
Product Mindset:
* Strong curiosity about user problems and behavior
* Ability to think critically about features and priorities
* Comfort with ambiguity and making decisions with incomplete information
* Data-informed approach to problem-solving
Communication and Collaboration:
* Clear communicator who can articulate the "why" behind decisions
* Empathetic listener who seeks to understand different perspectives
* Collaborative team player who builds trust across functions
Learning Orientation:
* Open to feedback and eager to grow
* Ready to learn from experienced product leaders
* Excited about tackling complex product challenges
* Willing to get into the details when needed
You don't need prior PM experience—we are looking for someone with the right mindset and potential who's ready to learn the craft.
