Job Overview:

KDP is seeking an experienced and visionary leader to serve as our **Vice President of Marketing Technology and Enablement (VP, MarTech)** . As the leader of this new function, you will partner closely with Technology leadership to spearhead the development and implementation of innovative marketing technology strategies that enhance customer engagement, drive data-driven decision-making, and optimize the performance of our marketing initiatives. This role is instrumental in shaping the future of marketing operations, blending creativity with cutting-edge technology. Additionally, you will play a key role on developing processes and systems to facilitate key marketing initiatives.

This role will be based out of our Frisco, TX headquarters and operate on a hybrid schedule of three days in office (Tuesday-Thursday) and two days remote (Monday & Friday).

Key Responsibilities:

+ Technology Strategy Development: Formulate and execute a comprehensive marketing technology strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives and enhances marketing capabilities.

+ Technology Implementation and Management: Oversee the implementation and management of marketing technology platforms, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.

+ Data Analysis and Optimization: Utilize advanced data analytics to measure marketing performance, optimize campaigns, and provide actionable insights to improve marketing effectiveness and ROI.

+ Team Leadership: Develop and lead a team of marketing technology professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

+ Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, and commercial, to ensure alignment and integration of marketing technology initiatives.

Total Rewards:

+ Salary Range: $218,000 - $375,000

+ Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors

+ Benefits, subject to election and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Paid Time Off (including paid parental leave, vacation, and sick time), 401k with company match, Tuition Reimbursement, and Mileage Reimbursement

+ Annual bonus based on performance and eligibility

Requirements:

+ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

+ Extensive experience in marketing technology or a similar role, with a proven track record of successful technology implementations.

+ Strong understanding of digital marketing, data analytics, and marketing automation tools.

+ Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

+ Ability to work collaboratively across departments and influence stakeholders at all levels.
