Job Summary and Qualifications

As a Lead Radiologic Technologist at HCA Healthcare, you’ll play an imperative role in guiding a team that delivers safe, accurate, and patient-centered imaging every day. You’ll mentor technologists, optimize workflows, and ensure the team has the tools and support to perform with confidence. Your responsibilities will include:

+ Leading the imaging team and mentoring technologists to deliver safe, high-quality patient care

+ Guiding patients through imaging procedures with compassion, comfort, and confidence

+ Operating advanced radiography equipment and administering contrast media while ensuring radiation safety

+ Maintaining and calibrating instruments, supplies, and equipment for accurate and efficient imaging

+ Collaborating with radiologists, nurses, and the care team to support smooth workflows and excellent patient outcomes

What qualifications you will need:

+ Associates Degreerequired

+ (ARRT-R) Radiography

+ State Reg Radiologic Tech

+ 3 – 5 years of imaging experience required
