    Senior Financial Analyst Location: Windsor Locks, CT Job ID: #71832 Duration: 12+ months contract Pay Range: $45-56 - W2 hourly HYBRID ROLE.

    Job Description:

    + Looking for a self-starter who is willing to ask questions and work with all levels of a dynamic organization.

    + Role includes developing and maintaining budgets and reporting to be utilized by department heads.

    + Perform financial analysis of internal financial statements and investigate significant budget variances.

    + Train and assist department heads in use of budget reporting tools and work with them to establish consistent monthly reporting protocols.

    + Work with finance teams across the world and the intercompany team to ensure costs are recorded correctly in the AM budgets.

    + Complete Gov’t accounting budgeting requests related to the department budgets.

    + Document all procedures and processes in a desk manual and perform process improvement initiatives to streamline the reporting process, improve quality and usefulness of data, and improve customer satisfaction and add value to the budget reporting function.

    + Assist with other P&C AM (Power and Controls Aftermarket) reporting, including but not limited to, month-to-date sales, orders, month-end and year-end results.

    Additional Qualifications:

    + Proficient Excel, PowerPoint and communications skills. Knowledge of SAP and / or OneStream is a plus.

    + Work experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
