The Waterloo Birth Center consists of labor & delivery, postpartum care, and a Level III NICU. We are one of a very few integrated neonatal intensive care units in the nation. Our NICU infants remain in the LDRP room with the family. This allows for true family centered care and bonding while both recover after delivery. We are blessed with a team of providers that consist of OBGYN doctors and midwives. We have a below average primary c-section rate and a high VBAC success rate.
