Job Summary and Qualifications

Provides patient care as planned and directed by the appropriate therapist.

Acts as an supporter to the therapist

Performs tasks to assure safe functioning within the department.

Assist with departmental maintenance.

Performs clerical duties as assigned.

Transport patients to and from therapy areas.

Communicates and works effectively with staff, patients, and families/ significant others.

Productivity/Dependability - Thoroughness, accuracy, and volume of work completed in a timely manner. Reliable, consistent, conscientious in performing job duties. Good attendance record, uses PTO according to policy. Adjusts work to meet departmental needs.

What qualifications you will need:

EDUCATION

Required: High school education or equivalent, or working towards diploma.

CPR certification within 6 months of hiring.
