As a **Security Officer - Warehouse Facility** in **Farmington, NM** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed professional with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated areas within an aerospace and defense-focused location. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents, and you will engage with individuals on site, providing outstanding customer service and clear communication. What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and when appropriate, initiating emergency response activities.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter, which may include sensitive areas and high-value assets related to the aerospace and defense environment.

+ Monitor and report any suspicious activities or security-related concerns observed during patrols to help to deter potential incidents.

+ Assist in controlling access to restricted areas by verifying credentials and observing visitor behavior.

+ Collaborate with onsite personnel and/or law enforcement as needed in the event of an emergency or incident.

+ Document all incidents, observations, and daily activities in accordance with Allied Universal protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

+ A Guard Card or security-related license is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
