    Customer Campaigns Specialist

    Job Description:

    In this role, you’ll support the planning and execution of multi-channel customer marketing campaigns that directly influence retention, module adoption, renewals, and revenue for Sage Intacct (our B2B software product) in North America.

     

    This is hands-on, detail-focused execution role—coordinating campaign logistics, managing workflows, and ensuring customer marketing campaigns are measurable, on-brand, and aligned to revenue goals. You’ll be the critical link between campaign strategy/planning and delivery.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • 3 years of experience in marketing coordination or with marketing campaigns, ideally within B2B companies.

    • Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM systems (e.g., Marketo, Eloqua, Salesforce, HubSpot), including campaign setup, list management, and performance tracking.

    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign metrics (open rates, CTR, webinar data, pipeline influence) and contribute to optimization decisions.

    • Exceptional project execution and organizational skills, with demonstrated ability with prioritization to execute on multiple campaigns, deadlines, and management handoffs simultaneously.

    • Clear, professional communicator with strong attention to detail, able to understand brand alignment, accuracy, and quality across content, assets, and customer-facing touchpoints.

    Campaign Execution & Optimization

    • Partner with the Sr. Performance Marketing Manager to execute integrated campaigns that drive customer engagement, retention, and cross-sell growth.

    • Manage end-to-end campaign logistics including creative briefs, asset management, content routing, and campaign setup in marketing automation tools.

    • Monitor campaign performance (email metrics, webinar attendance, conversion rates) and provide insights for optimization.

    • Ensure timely delivery and alignment across email, webinar, and digital marketing touchpoints.

    Customer Lifecycle & Retention Marketing

    • Support campaigns aligned to key lifecycle moments: onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion.

    • Execute targeted nurture streams, customer newsletters, and retention programs.

    • Assist with customer communications tied to price uplift, product launches, and new module adoption.

    • Provide raw metrics to campaign managers that help track and report on customer engagement across lifecycle campaigns to identify churn risks or upsell opportunities.

    Content & Asset Coordination

    • Execute on content and creative requests in collaboration with internal teams and vendors.

    • Maintain the campaign asset library and assist with content tagging for reuse across regions and verticals.

    Data, Reporting & Revenue Alignment

    • Partner with Marketing Manager to maintain data accuracy in campaign lists and reports.

    • Be knowledgeable on KPIs such as MQLs, influenced pipeline, ARR impact, and module adoption metrics.

    • Contribute to campaign post-mortems and performance recaps for leadership visibility.

    Collaboration & Enablement

    • Support alignment between Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success by ensuring consistent messaging and timely handoffs.

    • Help coordinate internal enablement (briefs, recaps, decks) for Sales and Customer Success Managers to leverage in customer conversations.

    • Collaborate with other specialists and campaign managers to identify workflow efficiencies and apply marketing technology to optimize outputs.
