    Job Description:

    POSITION SUMMARY-

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Packaging Data Entry Specialist to support our packaging specifications migration and setup in SAP S/4.

    POSITION DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    Key Responsibilities

    * Enter, verify, and maintain packaging specification data into SAP S/4 according to established templates, guidelines, and naming conventions.

    * Interpret and transfer information from existing documentation, drawings, or databases into structured SAP S/4 fields.

    * Review and validate data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal standards.

    * Liaise with packaging engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to clarify missing or unclear data.

    * Track and document progress of data entry activities, reporting any discrepancies or issues to the project lead.

    * Support data clean-up, de-duplication, and alignment efforts to ensure system integrity.

    * Assist in testing and verifying packaging master data in the system after entry.

    REQUIREMENTS/PREFERENCES

    * Minimum Associates, but B.S. preferred with 1-3 years' experience

    * Familiarity with packaging specifications, materials, and related technical documentation required.

    * Proven experience in data entry or master data management, in a packaging, manufacturing, or supply chain environment.

    * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

    * Hands-on experience with SAP S/4 (or SAP ECC) is strongly preferred
