Hours: 40 hours/week, Mon.-Fri. 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Work may begin or end earlier or later than usual. Evening and/or night hours may be required. Employees will receive a 30-minute unpaid meal break each workday. Additional rest or meal periods may be provided in accordance with applicable state laws.

Duties may include: Load agricultural products into trucks, and drive trucks to market or storage facilities. Repair and maintain farm vehicles, implements, and mechanical equipment. Feed and water livestock by hand and monitor food and water supplies during calving season. Mix feed, additives, and medicines in prescribed portions to ensure proper weight gain in calves. Assist in birthing duties and examine animals to detect illness, injury, or disease, and to check physical characteristics. Clean stalls, pens, and equipment, using disinfectant solutions, brushes, shovels, water hoses, or pumps & other related Farm Worker; Ranch Hand activities as per SOC/OES 45-2093 (onetonline.org).
Drug/alcohol/tobacco free work zone.
All applicants must be able, willing and qualified to perform work described and must be available for the entire period specified.

### Minimum Education Required
No High School Diploma or GED required.
### Minimum Experience Required
Three (3) months experience.
Must possess static strength; exert max muscle force to lift, push, pull, unload, carry objects up to 100lbs (possible 2-person); may climb, walk, stand, reach, balance, sit, stoop, bend, squat, wash, clean: equip, grounds, area.
Worker must be able to obtain a valid US Driver's License within 2 weeks of reporting to work and possess/maintain a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).

### Additional Compensation
Bonus potential based on work performance at the sole discretion of the employer.
As required for all workers in Minnesota, hours worked in excess of 48 hours in a work week will be paid at the rate of 1.5 times the regular rate of pay.

### Job Benefits
EMPLOYER ASSURANCES: Work guaranteed for 3/4 of contract period, starting with date of arrival at work site. Employer provides free housing for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Employer pays inbound transportation and subsistence to work site upon 50% completion of work contract for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of at least $16.28 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts. Required work-related tools and supplies provided free of charge by employer.
Effective Jan 1, 2024, per MN State Statute, an employee will earn one hour of paid sick and safe time for every 30 hours worked, up to at least 48 hours of accrued Earned Sick and Safe Time (ESST) per year, provided the employee works a minimum of 80 hours in a calendar year.
