Fashion and Fitness (F2) is a big and growing retail business – comprised of Apparel, Shoes, Accessories, Sports and Outdoors, with a focus on delivering comprehensive selection, best-in-class convenience, and innovative shopping experiences that surprise and delight customers and deliver profitable growth. To accelerate growth, we’re looking for a highly experienced Principal Product Manager with strong customer obsession and business acumen, who will focus on increasing our penetration with high value customer segments. The successful candidate will be a strong analyst who can mine and leverage customer insights, an innovative and strategic thinker who leans into experimentation, an effective communicator who collaborates well with others and is able to influence stakeholders and partners, and an operator with a strong history of delivering results.
Key job responsibilities
• Leverage data and deep dive assessments to develop customer insights – and transform them into breakthrough innovations.
• Develop a strategic plan and an operational roadmap to successfully reach and serve high value customer segments.
• Manage the execution of initiatives from ideation through launch (build, experiment, operate, measure, optimize), while setting and managing the right expectations with all relevant stakeholders.
• Enable scale by building solutions that leverage data science, Gen AI, and technology, and establish processes and mechanisms that support flawless execution.
• Partner with leaders and stakeholders across F2 and North American Stores to deliver results – operating as a single-threaded leader in some cases, while managing matrixed ownership in other cases.
• Regularly review metrics and proactively seek out new and improved data/mechanisms for visibility, ensuring your program stays aligned with organization objectives.
Basic Qualifications
- 10+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree
- Experience in financial analysis, retail buying, retail planning & allocation, product/project management, marketing, business development, consulting, negotiation or supply chain

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $145,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $240,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
