Architectural Project Manager / Project Architect / Designer
Bachelor of Architecture or a similar degree, excellent knowledge of building code for multi-family projects. Proficiency in Revit and a working knowledge of construction document preparation a must. Must be an independent self-starter capable of hitting the ground running. Mixed-use, multi-family, and commercial experience preferred. The award winning practice has always been well known for their success in Affordable Housing, Multi-Family, and Mixed-Use projects - most recently has been winning more work in housing and charter schools in other states!

Job Description:
- Multi-Family and commercial Projects
- REVIT, AutoCAD
- Experienced with historic preservation & rehabilitation.
- Manage multiple filings and drawing sets for large preservation and rehabilitation multifamily projects
- Manage a team of junior architects and consultants. The candidate will be able to manage client relationships while committing to and meeting deadlines.
- The ability to visit sites and determine practical solutions to field conditions is a must.
- Daily tasks will include production of drawings and specifications for the renovation and restoration of thousands of apartments around New York City and the region. Visits to the field will be required for taking measurements and site photographs of existing conditions.
- Design, Detail and Draft plans
- Travel to the field as needed
- Licensed Architect (would be a plus)
Additional Skills & Qualifications
MUST HAVES:
- Bachelors Degree in Architecture
- Multi-Family Experience
- REVIT
- Historic preservation and rehabilitation

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of West Palm Beach, FL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $100000.00/hr.
