The Reliability Engineer will be responsible for collecting and analyzing equipment performance data to identify patterns and predict potential failures. The role involves developing and implementing strategies to enhance system reliability and reduce maintenance costs, conducting root cause analyses to address recurring issues, and designing maintenance schedules based on predictive and preventative insights. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to integrate new technologies and improve operational processes, while continuously monitoring systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards. The engineer will also prepare detailed reports and documentation to communicate findings and recommendations to management.

+ 6+ years of hands-on mechanical engineering experience

+ Preferred experience in mining industry, steel mill, or food industry
Work Environment
The work environment consists of a manufacturing floor for 60% of the time and a desk for the remaining 40%. The facility includes a shop floor with automated equipment, operating from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, or with a 4x10s schedule. Employees are required to wear industrial attire, including boots and pants, and personal protective equipment such as hard hats and glasses. The work can be physically demanding, especially in summer heat.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
