RN: Wound Care (Week Days Only)

Overview:
Provide expert assessment, planning, and management of complex wounds, ostomies, and continence care across the organization. Deliver direct patient care, education, and establish clinical standards to improve outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Coordinate and deliver wound, ostomy, and continence care per established protocols.
+ Develop and implement individualized care plans as part of a multidisciplinary team.
+ Serve as a consultant for complex wounds and continence issues; recommend interventions and educate staff/patients.
+ Lead quality assurance initiatives and evaluate care effectiveness.
+ Provide staff training, patient/family education, and maintain clinical competencies.
+ Assist with policy development and best practice standards.
Qualifications:
+ Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or equivalent experience.
+ Licensure: RN (State or Compact) required upon hire; CWCN certification within 1 year. (will consider experience in lieu of certification)
+ Experience: Minimum 2 years in wound, ostomy, and continence nursing.
+ Ability to work with adult, adolescent, neonatal, and geriatric patients.
Additional Information:
+ Contract position
+ Per Diem available (if eligibility requirements are met)
+ Monday - Friday (day shift)
+ No nights, No weekends, No holidays
+ Weekly pay
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Memphis, TN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr.
