    Project Manager – Commercial Construction

    We’re seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects ranging from $5M to $20M. This is a high-visibility role where you’ll lead complex builds from concept to closeout—ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and beyond expectations.     What You’ll Own

    + Full lifecycle project management—from preconstruction through final punch list

    + Budget oversight, forecasting, and monthly financial reporting

    + Contract administration including purchase orders and change orders

    + Schedule development and management to keep projects on track

    + QA/QC implementation to maintain excellence and catch issues early

    + Site visits to monitor progress, safety, and quality

    + Weekly OAC meetings and ongoing client communication

    + Team mentorship and subcontractor relationship building

    + Collaboration with Estimating, Business Development, and Executive Leadership

    + Participation in client presentations and interviews

    What You Bring

    + 10+ years in General Contracting or Construction Management

    + Proven success managing commercial projects over $5M

    + Proficiency in Procore or similar project management platforms

    + OSHA 10 certification required; OSHA 30 preferred

    + Strong command of construction engineering tools (e.g., Bluebeam)

    + 15+ years of total field experience preferred

    + Experience managing projects up to $20M

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Permanent position based out of New Haven, CT.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $140000.00/yr.
