    Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for a _CAD Drafter_ position in _Philadelphia, PA._ The CAD Drafter, also known as a Computer-Aided Design Drafter, is responsible for creating technical drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software.This is a great opportunity to further your existing skills as a computer drafter _,_ while learning new ones to assist you in your career.     Responsibilities: 

    + Creating detailed drawings, plans, and layouts based on specifications provided by engineers, architects, or designers.

    + Collaborating with engineers, architects, and other professionals to understand project requirements and specifications.

    + Incorporating design changes and modifications into existing drawings.

    + Ensuring that drawings comply with industry standards and regulations.

    + Reviewing and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and sketches.

    + Creating 2D and 3D models of structures, components, and systems.

    + Performing calculations and measurements to ensure accuracy of drawings.

    + Organizing and maintaining drawing files and documentation.

    + Communicating and coordinating with project team members to ensure timely completion of drawings.

    + Providing support during the construction or manufacturing process by clarifying drawings and providing additional information as needed.

    Requirements: 

    + 1-5 years of revelant CAD drafter experience in the utility industry.

    + CAD Design Technical degree.

    + Ability to read and interpret construction standards.

    + Utility drafting background.

    Top 3 Skills Needed:

    + GTech Experience

    + Microstation Connect

    + CAD drafting

    **Pay Details:** $35.00 per hour
