Packaging Associate

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking 1st Shift Loaf Packer to join our production team. This role is responsible for packaging cheese loaves on a fast-paced rotational line while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Package loaves of cheese according to established procedures and quality standards.
+ Set up, sanitize, and prepare machinery before production; dismantle and clean equipment as needed.
+ Monitor machinery and product flow to ensure smooth operation.
+ Accurately record production data, including counts, weights, and machine adjustments.
+ Lift and handle blocks of cheese weighing up to 50 lbs.
+ Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment.
Requirements:
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
+ Capability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
+ Strong teamwork, communication, and attention to detail.
+ Previous experience in manufacturing or food production is a plus but not required.

**Pay Details:** $18.40 per hour
