    About the Role

    We are seeking a Process Engineer to join our dynamic team in Wentzville. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring vehicle fit and finish by managing dimensional quality metrics and driving process improvements. You’ll collaborate with production teams, maintenance, suppliers, and leadership to deliver exceptional results in a highly automated environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Manage vehicle fit and finish based on key process metrics (GCA & A/B/C/FVS) and customer feedback.

    + Communicate effectively with production, maintenance, suppliers, and shop committees.

    + Apply independent judgment and initiative in decision-making to resolve complex issues.

    Essential Skills

    + Expertise in GD&T and datum strategies.

    + Strong background in fabrication processes and quality assurance.

    + Knowledge of PFMEA, metrology, scanning, and metrology software.

    + Experience with vision systems and tool design.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Degree in Dimensional, Manufacturing, Statistical, or Mechanical Engineering.

    + Experience in body shop operations and general assembly build strategies.

    Work Environment

    + Location: Wentzville Assembly Plant

    + Schedule: Monday–Saturday with occasional Sundays; flexibility required.

    + Shifts:1st: 5:30 AM – 3:00 PM

    + 2nd: 1:30 PM – 11:00 PM

    + 3rd: 9:30 PM – 7:00 AM

    + Environment: Highly automated with robotic welding equipment.

    + Safety: PPE required at all times (safety glasses, high-visibility vest, arm covers).

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wentzville, MO.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
