We are looking for a friendly and dependable **Retail Associate** to join our team for Black Friday sales week. In this role you will be responsible for driving and exceeding store financial goals through ensuring a World Class shopping experience for our guests.

**Schedule & Flexibility:** The earliest shift could begin at **8:30 AM** , and the latest a shift could end is **8:30 PM** . Shifts can range from **4 to 8 hours** .

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain general housekeeping standards on the sales floor and in back-of-house areas.

• Greet/assist customers

• Answer customer questions about sales

• Find correct shoe sizes for customers

• Support management with non-selling tasks such as:

o Organizing and maintaining product displays

• Adhere to ECCO policies and procedures, including:

o Scheduling requirements

o Dress code guidelines

o Standards outlined in the employee handbook and operations manual

• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Prioritize tasks effectively and follow through on assignments.

• Exhibit superior organizational and follow-up abilities.

• Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to the passion, innovation, and sustainability.

• Set a positive example for peers by demonstrating effective selling techniques on the sales floor.

Requirements:

+ Previous retail or customer service experience preferred, but not required

+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills

+ Basic math and computer skills

+ Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move merchandise as needed

+ Dependable, punctual, and able to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends

**Pay Details:** $18.00 per hour
