**Job Title:** Warehouse Associate (Entry-Level)
**Pay Rate:** $17/hr
**Schedule:** M-Th 6am-4:30pm, Friday 6am-2pm (optional)
**Location:** Pittsfield, ME
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable Entry-Level Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations. This role is primarily focused on order picking and packing, restocking shelves, and maintaining an organized workspace. Candidates should be detail-oriented, able to lift up to 30 lbs, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer knowledge is helpful.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently (approximately 80% of the role).
+ Restock shelves and organize warehouse inventory using a manual pallet jack.
+ Assist in the stain room during downtime, including:
+ Unloading product from the production line
+ Prepping product by inserting screws into wood using a screw gun
+ Reloading product onto the line
+ Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
+ Follow safety procedures and operational guidelines.
+ Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Requirements:
+ Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
+ Attention to detail is essential.
+ Basic computer skills preferred.
+ Ability to use or learn to use a manual pallet jack and basic hand tools (e.g., screw gun).
+ Dependable work ethic and ability to work well on a team.

+ Comfortable with repetitive tasks and hands-on work.
+ Able to follow instructions and maintain accuracy.
**Pay Details:** $17.00 per hour
